Collaborate with RU Designer and Merchandiser/Purchasing in identifying business needs and develop new supply partners , assists in managing the relationship with vendors and mills. Work with the Director of Sourcing to establish long term vendor partnerships and alliances as required, cultivating the brand's relationship worldwide, Build up sourcing strategies and work with sourcing team to set up supplier base to meet business needs. Work with sourcing team to develop strategies of cost reduction efforts at the local, regional and global levels Initiate and complete Factory Audit , Vendor Agreements, as well as Quality Agreements as needed. Lead the elaboration and implementation of the Global Sourcing Strategy to ensure supplier leverage, contract and agreement harmonization, best practice sharing, and external spend optimization. Implement sourcing risk management and devise risk mitigation measures in order to ensure continuity of supply. Work with sourcing to ensure continual supply of products which meet established standards and manage supply risk by determining when additional or alternate sources are required.
