As an integral part of the Aberdeen team I work hard to ensure the highest possible level of service is provided to all customers. My role involves problem solving on a regular basis along with ensuring the correct process and procedures are adhered to. I also work hard to achieve any targets given and to exceed them when ever possible while at all times maintaining a high level of personal integrity. I maintain a level of involvement with the team at all times to ensure I am available to help with any queries and to help maintain an upbeat team atmosphere, I also support the line manager on a daily basis to help with any queries, daily rotas or any other support that’s required including coaching and observing staff which is another large part of my role.

My responsibilities included managing a client account as well as taking in new business and establishing a working relationship with clients so as to provide them with a full service that they could rely upon for any of their office needs, whilst at all times keeping up to date with all the current products available on the market. I was also responsible for all of my sales from point of sale to organising the installation team and connecting the machines giving me full responsibility.

I was responsible for bringing in all new business whilst at all times maintaining a high standard of care for current customers. Duties included contacting possible new clients, visiting them at their premises creating new business relationships, whilst importantly at all times maintaining a fantastic rapport between clients and company.
