Design and implement EEG experiments with cochlear implant patients and normal hearing listeners to investigate the neural basis for processing of noisy/degraded speech signals. Also create and maintain data processing pipelines to help streamline data analysis across multiple projects for the lab. Coordinate large-scale grant-funded research projects across multiple labs.

Served as a teaching assistant for Elementary Psychology, Introduction to Cognitive Psychology, and a Lab Course about Cognition and Action. Spent two semesters serving as the Administrative Teaching Assistant for Elementary Psychology which includes coordinating the teaching assistants for the largest single course at the University and creating slides for discussion sections and materials for exams. Designed and taught my own summer course on Elementary Psychology.Served as a research assistant studying the processing of new and previously learned words, sentence processing, how context affects processing of individual words, and how lexical access changes in the presence of degraded input. Managed and coordinated undergraduate researchers in the Language and Memory Lab and the Language Processing in Context Lab. Helped to train new undergraduate lab members in various research methodologies and phonetic transcription techniques.

Served as the graduate assistant for Verification in the Financial Aid department. I supervised undergraduate students working in the Verification area and also carried out verification of FAFSA information for the department. I also filled the role of a financial aid counselor at the front desk and supervised the phone room each week.
