Coordinated the role out and testing for a new mobile connectivity platform to the over 650 properties world wide. Also coordinated content creation for a new global travel advisor marketing web site. These activities successfully completed a six month contract.

Mr. Stawicki is currently a Delivery Manager with Avanade where he is leading Agile and Waterfall software development projects as well as infrastructure deployment and build-out project for various major clients for the Application Development Service line at Avanade.

Initiated new department and managed a departmental budget of over $2 million and a staff of six client server developers and 3 project leaders.
