I am a General Surgical Registrar in the London deanery with an interest in Colorectal surgery. Currently working towards my PhD as Darzi Clinical Research Fellow at Imperial College.My project 'Characterising the role of digital and AI approaches to enhance remote undergraduate medical education globally' looks at ways remote teaching tools such as specialised telecommunication platforms and LLMs (Large Language Models) can be used in medical education, particularly in austere environments. We are working with multiple sites in Ukraine to ensure that high-quality medical education can continue.I am also the Academic Director at Medset, a training and professional development organisation for doctors and healthcare professionals, and those applying to medical and dental school.
