The final phase implements IT Service management (including service desk request and incident tracking), Change / Configuration Management & Project Management.Infrastructure Restructuring:The restructuring of the IT infrastructure has been required to support the changes of projects and, in some cases, was the primary focus as the existing data centers were unable to support the needs or were improperly/poorly configured.
