Setting protocols and procedures to be followed in order to ensure the quality ofmedical supplies are given to the target population.Participate actively in the defining and update of annual planning and budgets of allmedical supplies within the projects.Supervise, coach, motivate and evaluate staffs in order to ensure strict respect forworking procedures and protocols.Carry-out all the reporting tasks associated to the organization. Plan and supervise, inclose coordination with the HR department, the associated processes (recruitment,training/induction, evaluation, potential detection, development and communication)of staffs in order to ensure both the sizing and the amount of knowledge required.Monitor correct stock management across the projects to guarantee a good control andup-dated data of stock levels and general control over medical supplies.Steering medical supplies ordering processes. Ensure storage conditions of medicalsupplies meet set standard protocols.Follow up with Kenyan Authority rules and regulations and update on import andexport processes.
