Redesign of existing website with the addition of online car showroom and quote requests.Full analysis & redesign of current internal processes revealed users had to do a lot of repetitive, manual data entry work into a number of separate systems.An intranet solution was developed allowing customers quotes submittted on the website to be passed into an Inbox system for users to pickup quotes for processing. If a quote is accepted it is passed on to the Settlements Inbox for finance applications before an account is created.The new system revoluntionised the way quotes were processed and provided a means to bulk process quote requests without the need to increase the size of the workforce.
