The certificate enable company to save roughly US$7M per annum for the first 7 years (after the Commercial Operation Date).• Built corporate management standard and policies in terms of finance, human resource and general affairs for this new established company.• Played a key role in EPC wrap contract split to mitigate the tax risk exposure.• Developed new finance report package to be satisfactory to stakeholders including shareholders, lenders, among others.
