Mr. Binuyo has over twenty years’ experience in the fields of management consulting, agricultural marketing and finance, business development and services provision, environmental management, inclusive green economy and trade, sustainability, development of micro small and medium enterprises, human capital development, poverty reduction, development of local participatory development plans, and capacity building with micro small scale entrepreneurs. In particular, he provides strategic and tactical guidance for effective performance management. He is a certified Accreditation Assessor of Business Quality Certification for building trust in trade under the STAREGISTER International, certification. Francis is an alumnus of l’Ecole nationale d’administration (ENA) of Paris, France. He is a Fellow of LEAD (Leadership for Environment and Development) International based in London. A network of professionals across 90 countries. Francis consults for Konrad Adenauer Stiftung a German Foundation responsible for democratic governance and national development interventions.
