If you need something done at The Grind Rail Trail Cafe, I'm your girl. From fulfilling customer needs, to managing and mentoring team members, to developing strategies to overcome each new day, well, there isn't much that I don't do. I have also been responsible for inventory (keeping track of and fulfilling needs), scheduling, and recruiting and training new hires. In addition to the run of the mill project management duties, The Grind taught me about community outreach, the importance of partnerships across businesses and communities, and how to lead with love and compassion while encouraging others to follow you.
