About Francisca Moses

I am the first African American woman to obtain an MBA in 13 months and the first in my family who achieved a degree in higher education. As an experienced professional in the healthcare industry, I have always enjoyed what I do. I take pride in helping others succeed and live a fulfilling life.Providing encouragement to others to strive to do better is a strength of mine. I possess a good working knowledge of quality assurance practices and ensure compassion is top priority. Patience and respect are particularly important when working in healthcare, whether working with the developmentally challenged or a patient who is scared. It is important to make everyone feel at ease and capable.
