She is an entrepreneur, an educator and a researcher. She holds a PhD degree in Organization and Mgmt. specializing in Leadership from Capella University in Minneapolis Minnesota. She holds an MBA in International Business from Keller Graduate school of Management, Graduate Certificate in Health Service Administration and a BS in Small Business Mgmt. and Entrepreneurship. She started her career as a banker with Commonwealth Savings and loan, before leaving to work for herself. She started a residential and commercial cleaning business. She co-founded a non-profit organization Aspire Institute of Business and Technology with a friend and colleague. Their goal is to bridge the gap in business and technology in sub-Saharan nations.
