Additionally, I must ensure compliance with the area's policies and procedures in coordination with the corporate team in Canada and the South American sites. • Stablish and implement the strategy for Career Development, Performance, Succession, and Critical roles.• Lead Employee Value Proposal strategy for Teck Chile and Recognition Program.• Stablish the strategy and implement Development Programs: as Mentorship, Coaching, Team Building (facilitate), and Development activities for Critical Talent.• Manage all the Leadership Programs across Teck Chile and South America.• Accountable of design, and implementation of the EDI strategy in collaboration with the corporate offices in Vancouver. This includes: o Respectful Workplace program, Gender and Inclusion Centre, Facilities standards, EDI perspective across all HR processes, apply the global Inclusion, Diversity and Engagement survey and accountable to manage the results to implement action plans with the business.o Employee Experience: gender focus programs and trainings, Employee Resources Groups, Inclusion of People with Disabilities according to legal Framework.• Design and lead the developing strategy of the Professionals in Training (PIT) Program for Teck Chile, to prepare the best talent and shape our future leaders.• Manage the area's KPIs and reporting.
