We strive to create an environment where every Culinary member has high-quality care, better access to medical services, and an exceptional patient experience.This state of the art 60,000 square foot health center offers primary care, pediatric care, dental, vision, radiology, pharmacy, lab and a 24/7 urgent care under one roof.In the role of facility manager and as a member of the administration team, I oversee the supply management chain for all center supplies (including medical, janitorial, breakroom and office), building maintenance (contracting, scheduling, execution, preventative program, asset tracking), property management, fire and life safety, biomed, janitorial services and security services with an emphasis on developing and growing our Teams. In this position I develop workflows, protocols, policies and programs to effectively run the department as well as lead the Facility Safety Committee and more importantly engage in continuously developing a dynamic team that go above and beyond while embracing a culture second to none!Additionally, I am also engaged in meetings & discussions to contribute towards operational efficiencies as we construct our 2nd facility, a 100,000 square foot medical office building. In my role, I will take over the facility after certificate of occupancy is received and work with a dynamic onsite Team to get the building ready for onboarding the various provider partners and employees that will deliver care to our Members. I am also privileged to be involved in design/build meetings and discussions as the organization prepares for the 3rd and 4th facilities slated to open in 2025.

Responsible for building and property management for approximately 50,000 square feet of office space. In this position, also supported office operations to include medical records request, onsite & offsite event planning, board meeting preparations & transcription, HR functions and administrative support to the senior executive. This position also afforded the opportunity for collaboration with other departments that included IT, communications, wellness, HIPAA as well as with partner tenants. The Fund is the health insurance administrator for the Culinary union members.

Administrative Professional responsible for billing, collections, data management, document control, human resources and employee relations for the local office consisting of 100 employees and revenues in excess of $10 million per year.

Responsible for all office functions including payroll, job costing, proposal preparation and contracts administration for both residential & commercial construction.

Responsibilities included providing administrative support with the highest degree of professionalism and detail; effectively communicating with management and clients at all levels; generating weekly reports summarizing hotel profitability, occupancy, and Food & Beverage sales for the region which was comprised of 13 hotels in Central & South America; and international travel arrangements.

Held various positions including Employee Benefits Coordinator as well as Employment Manager for this golf resort which is home of the famed Doral Ryder Open; Duties included recruitment and benefits administration for 1,200 union and non-union employees at this premier golf resort destination as well as administrative support to the Director of HR.
