With more than 5 years of experience in the non-for-profit sector in Aotearoa NZ, and over 12 including my experience in Chile and Kenya, I have honed my skills in key relationships management, donor relations, bequests, and fundraising.I currently work as Philanthropy Specialist for Greenpeace Aotearoa, where I manage relationships with middle donors, oversee stewardship efforts, coordinate appeals, and guide donors through the giving pipeline.In my previous role at Cure Kids as Donor Relations Coordinator, I fostered meaningful relationships with supporters, crafted newsletters, tailored donor journeys, and managed donor care and decline plans.Prior to that, I lead the Gifts in Wills program for Oxfam Aotearoa, working closely with our supporters to create personalised giving plans that align with their goals. I also collaborated with our marketing and communications teams, as well as the wider Fundraising team, to raise awareness of the impact of gifts in wills.My passion for fundraising and desire to make a difference in the world led me to pursue a career in the NFP sector since 2012 after a year in Kenya working in an empowerment project with youths, and I have never looked back.On a personal level, I'm part of the improv troupe "The Mischief Company". We perform every Friday and some Saturdays for our show "FIZZ".
