Current• Coordinate and manage the CyBlack Internship, SOC Academy, and CISCO Academy programs, ensuring seamless execution and positive participant experiences.• Develop detailed program schedules and organize a range of learning sessions, workshops, and certifications for interns and academy participants. • Facilitate effective communication among mentors, participants, and stakeholders, providing timely support and addressing issues as they arise.• Monitor progress, evaluate performance, and maintain detailed records of achievements for individual participants.• Gather feedback and assess program effectiveness to drive continuous improvement and better alignment with industry needs.• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages participant growth and skill development in cybersecurity.• Follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings• Provide support to the community members on Telegram and Slack, as required
