I am a proactive and adaptable engineer with a master's degree in Engineering and Industrial Management from the University of Minho, Portugal. My experience spans continuous improvement projects using Lean methodologies, particularly in industries like design, advertising production, and laboratory environments. I have a strong passion for problem-solving and optimizing processes to increase productivity and reduce waste.In my recent role at Eurofins Lab Environment Testing, I managed projects using the DMAIC approach, including the development of a VBA programming tool for stock management, implementing 5S practices, and conducting layout reviews to improve workflow and productivity. Prior to that, during my internship at Foco Criativo, I led a Lean Techniques project that significantly impacted productivity in advertising production.I am currently seeking new opportunities where I can apply my expertise in process improvement, Lean methodologies, and project management to contribute to operational excellence in dynamic teams. With strong technical skills in VBA, SolidWorks, and Lean tools, and international experience from my Erasmus program in Brazil, I am eager to bring my skills to a new challenge.
