Responsible for the company’s planning area, including total and store’s inventory, managing all category budgets and preparation, analysis, and KPIs for the support of the company and stakeholders.- Development, structure and implementation of the company’s yearly financial annual budget and goals. - Management of inventory for the company, actively looking for potential risk, and centralizing information from participating parties (Sales & Demand Planning, Marketplace Operations and others stakeholders).- Creation of day-to-day commercial goals planning and tracking system for Marketplace Operation and stores.

Support the Senior Manager of the Planning Department ensuring allocations, mark downs and assortment analysis of the products of the company.- Ensure the mix of products and promotions required in each store to achieve the best return on inventory investment.- Preparation of all appropriate reports for analysis prior to meetings. This includes weekly, monthly and quarterly review meetings.- Work with the buyer team on new orders and recommendation of tactical distribution based on sales performance of products.

Consultant in organizational and operational change in CSR area, for one of the most important Chilean mining companies.- Part of the team in charge of the implementation of a new sustainable management model.- Development of a new process structure inside de new CSR area.

Support staff to Operation Senior Management for the oversight of budget’s execution and compliance of deadlines in the construction and renovation of pre-school education centers.- Oversight of budget execution 2013 (over 200 infrastructure projects).- Planification and resource allocation of 2014 budget.
