- Launch Mundo da Casa for MRV, a exclusive clients place in the MRV digital platform where the user can personalize and decorate his apartment along other facilities. - Led the design sprints to define OKR for the 3 month product cycle development.

- Ran over 40 workshops and design sprints, Both in Brazil and abroad, along with 9 mid-big size projects. - Led the Google News Initiative Startups Labs Brazil to accelerate 10 news startups in Brazil.- Developed the design desirable futures methodology, and applied it to clients like Google Brasil (2020), Unimed Volta Redonda (2018), Ajinomoto (2019), Abbott (2019/2020).- Led a project for ANS (Agencia Nacional de Saude Suplementar) (2017) to rethink the payment model between health insurance companies and the hospitals. - Redesigned (and delivered) the new UX and product concept for the Honda Financial Services App, reaching a 4,2 star rating at Android App Store (vs 2,1 on the former product).

Responsible for planning, organising and executing medical conventions, across all Brazilian regions; management of the related staff members; coordination of multiple events simultaneously; definition of target budget for events and responsibility for meeting its value; responsible for customer liaison and monitoring the emphasis of the event with customers; manages the team responsible for the project and their activities, including hiring and discontinuation of staff members, involvement in training of new employees; participation of strategic decisions of the company; Project Manager responsible for the local operations at São Paulo’s office.
