Se llevaron a cabo labores de apoyo en:- Procesos de Reclutamiento y Selección (internos y externos): Publicación de anuncios, citación a entrevista psicolaboral, aplicación de pruebas (PBLL, Zulliger, Luscher, DISC, 16PF) y entrevistas (siguiendo el modelo de competencias), y confección de informes psicolaborales.- Creación de base virtual de datos de Curriculum Vitae de candidatos, permitiendo fácil acceso y mantenimiento de información actualizada. - Elaboración de un Diccionario de Competencias propio para la organización, el cual se llevó a cabo mediante la recopilación de información de diversos diccionarios y la realización de entrevistas con los Jefes de Unidad (Médicos y Enfermeras) de las Salas de Atención Cerrada del Hospital, resultando en un total de 17 Competencias, cada una con su respectiva definición, conductas guía y niveles (4).

Se procedió a identificar una necesidad dentro de la organización, detectándose la falta de un Manual de Perfiles de Cargo. Se llevaron a cabo entrevistas con 52 funcionarios, tanto Administrativos como Jefes de Área, para la elaboración de un total de 34 Perfiles de Cargo, además de la elaboración de un Manual de Valores de la Organización.
