CurrentPreparation of management accounts. Maintain general ledger accounts. Maintain petty cash. Management of receivables including invoicing and receipts. Prepare & compute withholding taxes and other statutory deductions. Preparation of final accounts. Writing of cheques and voucher. Raising ETR receipts. Prepare both bank and balance sheet reconciliations. Maintain proper records for all tax returns. Preparation and participating in both the internal and statutory/external audit. Maintain Accounts Payable records and verification of invoices before payments. Preparation of payroll. Reconciliation of accounts payables based on monthly statement. Perform any other tasks as may be assigned from time to time. Timely submission of statutory returns including VAT,WTAX, PAYE all in Itax, NHIF, NSSF,DIT,HELB.
