Took over the management of the representative office of a Franco-American reinsurance company in Brazil and coordinated operational and commercial activities.

Responsible for maintaining Allianz's Health Insurance operations during a period of corporate crisis, with system failures in management (Payment, Accreditation, and Audit) and communication with the market and regulatory authorities. I played a role in rebuilding the brand's credibility in the market.

Reversed recurring losses in Chubb Seguros' Life Insurance portfolio by addressing the financial results of over 500 corporate clients. This effort led to the reversal of a decision to cease operations in Brazil. This reversal resulted in the Brazilian subsidiary achieving global leadership within three years, with profitability surpassing that of its counterparts in other countries.
