I am a tax lawyer with a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Law School of the University of Buenos Aires.My areas of practice include corporate tax law, tax litigation, tax planning, and general tax advice. My work in Corporate Tax Law was recognized as "valuable practice" by the Leaders League in 2021, 2022, and 2023.With a clear purpose of providing comprehensive and tailored services that make a difference in the market for our clients, primarily local and multinational companies, I founded FABTAX in 2023. I worked in prestigious tax and legal firms in Argentina, advising and litigating on behalf of multinational companies, as well as large and medium-sized Argentine companies. From my university studies until my first year as a graduate, I began my experience in the field as an assistant judge at the National Tax Court.As a professor: In the academic realm, I have been a regular professor at the Law School of the University of Buenos Aires since 2010, teaching degree classes at UCES in subjects related to taxes and constitutional orientation. Additionally, I was a professor in the "Master in Tax Law for foreign students" at the Universidad Católica Argentina, and other postgraduate courses.As a postgraduate student: I completed a postgraduate course on tax treaties and international tax law at the International Tax Center (Leiden, the Netherlands), as well as the Specialization in Tax Law at the Law School of the University of Buenos Aires, and other postgraduate courses on taxation.And also as a doctrinaire: I have authored and co-authored several articles related to tax matters.
