I worked as an independent legal consultant, offering specialized advice on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters to a variety of clients. I supported businesses in negotiating high-stakes contracts, developing compliance frameworks, and resolving complex legal issues. This period allowed me to expand my expertise by addressing the unique challenges of each client, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and adaptability.

As a member of Ufinet's legal team, a leading neutral fiber optic operator in the wholesale telecommunications market, I specialized in negotiating agreements with communities, contract law, and handling corporate and infrastructure disputes. In this position, I was entrusted with managing relationship with telecommunications companies, representing the company before regulatory authorities and engaging in dialogue with telecommunications industry guilds to address legal issues and ensure compliance with industry standards.
