I'm a food engineer, with more than 12 years of experience in segments such as dairy, bakery and confectionery, flavours and yeast extracts, with a big focus on taste. In my current job: - I coordinate a network of application labs around the world, - Develop formulations in food and drink applications, - Support innovation projects with our R&D group, - Evaluate the benefits of yeast extracts in making great tasting food.I'm passionate by the food world, innovation and multicultural environment, traveling and exploring are important pieces of my life. I also value nature and environnement, particularly mountain, hiking, climbing and gardening.
