Elemetrica is a tech startup that developed a real time Business Analytics application that helps business owners make data driven decisions.I was responsable to represent the company in acceleration program Parallel 18 in San Juan Puerto RicoIn the program I was responsible to show key performance indicators with a 10% customer acquisition week by weekI successfully gained and managed new customer in San JuanI played a key role into establishing new corporate agreements with other Tech Startups and POS DistributorsUpon successfully completing the program I had to pitch on Demo Day

• Meser Inc is a Tech Startup solution dedicated for restaurants:By integrating to any restaurants POS system we are able to provide real time business analytics• Meser is the first automated coaching assistant for waiters • By segmenting checks into groups of the hours and days of the week we can understand the different moments of sales of the restaurant. This analysis helps us align the sales strategy of the owners; in other words the ideal experience that each customer should get while visiting the restaurant, with the restaurants historical sales data. • Meser analyzes each waiters sales strategy • Develops a menu category and product level strategy based on each waiter's strengths and weakness • Communicates the new strategy to each waiter with recommendations to help them achieve sales goals • Finally it tracks the evolution of the waiter throughout time
