I have 26 years experience in executive management in the packaging industry, with expertise in private and multinational companies. I have had deep involvement in mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and commercial alliances with Latam and global clients, such as McDonalds, Coca Cola, Unilever, BDF, Concha y Toro (the largest Chilean winery and the fourth wine producing nation worldwide). I have been a leader in the commercial area, including sales, marketing, pricing, key account strategy and execution. We design customized solutions, negotiation frameworks, opening new markets and building long-term client relationships. I am keenly focused on team formation and sales training. I have also had leading roles in the implementation of IT solutions, and with P&L responsibility, and setting HR and financial priorities. At CCL we have shown consistent sales growth, achieving market share of 30% in 7 years. At Cameo-Martinetti Chile (Canadian-Chilean joint venture, then "Cameo Chile" ) we reached 45% market share in 11 years.My passions for soccer, music and architecture (graphic illustration) keep me creative, fit and agile to reach my professional and personal goals.
