Control, operate and monitor of plant's water treatmentfacilities, including, reacta-paks, zeolite softeners, reverse osmosis units,demineralizers and cooing tower. Sampled and maintained boiler feed water and coolingtower chemistry. Maintained and operated potable water system. Kept official logs andrecords. Reported to Shift Engineer.

Startup engineer in charge of writing all plant operating procedures, employee trainingmanuals and establishing a documents control program. Responsible for the startup of belowmentioned facility after a three month lay up.

Directly responsible for managing the safe and efficientoperation of the facility consisting of three Zurn waterwall boilers/Martin stokers/Elliotturbine and all related components. Work directly with the Maintenance Supervisor toprioritize work orders. Institute and revise plant operation procedures necessary tomaintain proper parameters. Coordinate the scheduling of all personnel in the department.Ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies. Recruit and hire new personnel as needed.Review time cards for proper payroll delivery. Evaluate performance of Shift Supervisorsand through them, the remainder of the department. Formulate personnel, material, andservices for projections of annual Operations Department budget. Report to FacilityManager.
