• The aim of the thesis was to setup and design a thermal analysis workflow able to predict the thermal regime as a function of position in orbit for future satellites at the Swiss Space Center EPFL, with main focus on a.
• Initial work implied learning about thermal environment in space, heat transfer in space and thermal behavior of satellites and their equipment. It also involved learning about extrasolar planet observation technics.
