Onivia is the first neutral and independent wholesale bitstream FTTH – Fiber to the Home- operator in the Spanish market. The Company provides wholesale access service to its network to Operators and ISP’s in the main Spanish cities. Macquarie Capital, as sponsor and lead equity investor, and, Aberdeen Standard Investments and Daiwa Corporate Investment, as co-investors, are behind this project.

- Lead audit and compliance activities to provide risk based independent assurance of the internal controls effectiveness to Group Board and local Executive Committee. - Audit Plan formulation and execution.- Design risk and control matrix for strategic, financial, regulatory, operational & support processes. - Identify control weaknesses and make and track audit recommendations.- Advise / design / assess across multiple compliance and assurance activities: SOX controls, Company top 10, SCIIF, GDPR, BCP…- Define and implement the Internal Audit methodology across Vodafone Group.Achievements:- Reduce to zero the overdue High priority audit actions through encouraging Directors in control environment improvement.- Lead Integrated Assurance Programme to provide Audit & Risk Committee with a meaningful understanding and oversight of all the assurance activities across the Company.- Implement the criminal risk Corporate Preventive Model through specific training to employees and continuous criminal risk updating and related controls monitoring.

- Assess whether all significant local risks are identified and appropriately monitored and controlled.Achievements- Identify main control gaps of ONO (fix operator acquired by Vodafone) by designing a control assessment model based on COSO methodology.- Determine the impact on internal controls as a consequence of the headcount reduction, through a heat map of main processes involved.- Commissions process owner at Group Internal Audit level.- Audit on leased lines materialised in € 2M savings. Audit on outsourced services materialised in € 2M savings.- Leadership of the Finance Operations Integration Plan (VF+ONO).

- Financial support to both business units (consumer and enterprise) in promotions and new products and services launching.- Financial support to Enterprise business unit and Vodafone Group Enterprise (VGE) in bid process for corporate segment.Achievements: - Contribute in all new products and services launching including a time to market reduction. -- Attendance to the Product Committee (chaired by an ExCom member) representing the Finance Area for approval purposes.- Financial analysis for new flat and pay as you go tariffs launching.- Revenue improvement initiatives analysis.
