He currently has 526/368/847 citations in SCOPUS/WoS/Google Scholar, with an h index of 12/10/16, respectively. He has 48210 reads in ResearchGate, with his research interest being at the 90% percentile.He supervises three PhD students and has supervised over 25 MSc students in Mechanical, Electronics and mechatronics engineering. He has close to 50 journal reviews registered in Publons, including several from the highest impact journals in the field (Appl. Energy, ECM, Energy). He won WoS highly cited paper in 2017 and 1st place (public vote) in the NASA TechBriefs Create the Future contest 2016 (Automotive).
