I develop legal practice in the areas of mining law, corporate law, civil law, environmental law and litigation, advising in my areas of expertise numerous domestic and foreign clients in the development of mining and energy projects.I am involved in due diligence processes or in negotiating contracts for the purchase or sale of projects and related assets. In addition, I work in dispute resolution and litigation, advising domestic and foreign clients in out-of-court negotiations and judicial proceedings before ordinary and arbitration courts. I have had the opportunity to obtain legal studies at the two oldest and most traditional Law Schools in the country, at undergraduate and postgraduate level.
