Supervise and Managed 3 different programs within my area.Supervise 5 Marines within my area and 80 Marines within my squadron.Managed 750 assets worth up to $10 million dollars, assets such as electronic test sets, computerized diagnostic tools, electrical diagnostic carts, etc.Responsible to manage the budget provided to my area, this includes prioritizing the assets from high to low.Track the location of each asset, inventory upon turn-in, track and implement preventative and corrective maintenance, order and track replacement parts, perform first echelon repairs, and manage transportation and performance of higher levels of repair and calibration.Forecast the necessities of my area and squadron using the yearly budget provided by the government.Create and revise spreadsheets and presentations to maintain accuracy in my area.Attend maintenance meetings to develop maintenance priorities and coordinate with technicians.Experienced in Calibration standards, and making sure that the equipment required for maintenance is within standards and ready for use.Responsible for the administration and submission of all asset correspondence through the proper chain of command.Upon receipt of a new asset, review its contents for accurateness.
