I am the Creative Director and CEO at www.lumacreations.org promoting Latin American & Diversity Arts. LUMA Creations delivers festivals, large scale events Professional Development and cultural programes. I have lectured on the music performance degree course at Chester University in band performance, the business of music business and developing professional practise.I am a composer, artistic/festival director, programme developer, leadership coach and creative industries consultant. I have a Masters in Music Industries from University of Liverpool and sit on various boards and sustainability networks including the North Culture Network, the LCR Digital & Creative Cluster Board and Shift (LCR’s Culture industries sustainability network). I have delivered lectures, talks, professional development workshops and been on cultural industry panels at festivals, international conferences, universities and industry think tanks in UK, Chile, South Africa and Europe.
