Working under various international consulting, certification and construction companies in the fabrication and erection of piping components, vessels, equipment and structure for Gas plants, Oil refinery, Power plants, Petrochemical plants and modularized structures for onshore and offshore platforms. Thorough knowledge in radiograph interpretation of various steel structures and all types of pipe welding and various casting materials. Knowledgeable about various welding requirements (WPS/PQR/WPQ) of carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steels, non-ferrous alloys and their dissimilar combinations. Preparation of final documentation and test packages. Supervision and control of NDE sub-contractor including NDE cost. Administration of Non Conformance Report (NCR), Punch List and all other outstanding works. With knowledge in computer application.
