I´m an entrepreneur, Board Member, and Audit Council Member, certified by the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (IBGC).For ten years, I had the opportunity to work as CEO of Celeo Redes Brazil, investing in energy utilities. Managing multidisciplinary teams, we were responsible for developing and managing long-term investments. With up to 22 years of professional experience managing companies, I have great expertise in project finance analysis, risk management, and Corporate Governance.I have systematically approached the startup ecosystem, acting as an advisor to an innovation hub focused on financing and promoting new companies with innovative ideas in the energy sector, which is added to my role as a consultant helping small and medium companies to turn their operations sustainable. I also act as a member of the Advisory Council at the Brazilian Association of Energy Transmission Companies (ABRATE).I have a strong background in defining and implementing Corporate strategies, firmly guided by ESG and sustainability principles, a subject that I am deeply interested in and in which I found my great career purpose.I am constantly investing in both personal and professional development, so I am currently participating in the Advanced Management Program at IESE Business School in (Barcelona, Spain), the Innovation Experience (Tel Aviv, Israel), and the Virtuous Leadership Program (São Paulo, Brazil).
