Efficiently and effectively leading and managing the Supply Chain teams worldwide in the countries where Grifols operates (more than 350 people and more than 25 countries), with the aim of ensuring the supply and distribution activities on time at anyplace by meeting and exceeding the expectations for internal and external customers, aligned with company expenses targets. Owns and develops the vision and the strategy for fulfilment end to end supply chain activities. Accountable of managing the relationships with the external providers that bring logistics services to Grifols as 3PL’s, freight forwarders and carriers. Responsible for optimizing the resources such as headcount and operational expenses in order to meet the best service to customers with the best cost-effective balance.
