15+ years of experience, 12 years major experience lies in leading quality and cross-functional teams to ensure customer quality and process control to bring product introduction through improvements in quality strategy for profitability of the company, I hold dual Engineering degrees in mechatronics and industrial and currently working on a master’s degree in operations management and quality, over these years I worked in the introduction of new products (FAI & PPAP) for the aerospace sector and NPI teams directly involved in phases of products and process development, validation and production runs in APQP for the automotive sector and Metrology/CMM experience for over 10 years.I have Vast experience on 8D´s root cause analysis and training, capable of decision making based on results, trends & historical data but flexible enough to consider production rates and customer priorities on the equation which allows me to be proactive on the Quality strategy development. I have complemented my training during my work experience obtained in companies in the aerospace, automotive both electronics and metal fabrication sectors, obtaining certifications such as management skills for talent development, Six Sigma Green/black Belt, lead auditor in AS9100 rev C, internal auditor IATF 16949 :2016 5th edition, IPC620 Rev C, as well as trainings in lean manufacturing, CWI for AWS D17.1, APQP, Core Tools, BIQ and human factors in aviation.
