As a recent Physician Assistant graduate with a diverse background in chemical engineering and over two decades of experience in pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing, I bring a unique perspective to patient care. My transition into healthcare was driven by a deep desire to directly impact patient lives, using both my technical expertise and my life experiences.During the COVID-19 pandemic, I had the privilege of volunteering as an EMT and vaccine administrator with the San Luis Obispo County Medical Reserve Corps, an experience that deepened my commitment to public health. Additionally, my involvement in several mission trips with the Flying Samaritans has allowed me to provide care in underserved communities, further shaping my approach to compassionate, patient-centered care.I am eager to apply my medical training, problem-solving skills, and passion for helping others to my first PA role. My goal is to improve patient outcomes by offering personalized care that draws from both my extensive educational background and hands-on experiences in a variety of healthcare settings.
