About 30 projects that were under the management of the IT area were identified and prioritized. Prioritization was done in line with business strategies.Implemented agile development process (SCRUM methodology and JIRA tool) with documentation (CONFLUENCE tool), quality control, approval and management of environments.Implemented a new methodology to produce requirements for development based on squads and prototyping with the involvement of business areas, suppliers and end customers. As a result, we had high adherence to digital processes, bringing agility and lowering costs.Established partnerships with Amazon (AWS), IBM (SOA bus), Atlassian (Jira and confluence) and several startups to meet specific needs (face recognition, RPA, chatbots, among others).Defined the RFP assessment process, developed questionnaires and described technical and business requirements.
