Main responsibilities: • Management control of the area to ensure full compliance with legal obligations and internal compliace. • Develop informative posters both on prevention and instructions on procedures. • Submit reports on accidents, illnesses and cases of positive COVID-19 in the accident insurer.• Keep control over the work modality of the agency's employees during the COVID19 situation and develop security protocols for face-to-face work.

Main responsabilities:-Define, develop, monitor, support and promote a training plan of 15 HSE courses for operational staff in the supply chain (approximately 1,200 employees).-Develop, in coordination with HR and Communications areas, new tools and videos for the improvement of HSE training and awareness in SUCH operations.-Bring up to date all global procedures of HSE in Supply Chain.-Participate in development of global communications related to SUCH Safety.

Carry out periodic audits of the operation, contact with the beneficiaries of the service and/or their families to detect irregularities in the benefits and control their proper functioning. Supervision, classification, organization and filing of forms and documents. Load on HR system.

Customer service through personalized management of their queries with the aim of strengthening the relationship with them and solving any type of inconvenience with the service.
