Provide a detailed explanation on Westcon’s Global Deployment Solutions program and offering to internal teams in LATAM Maintain a working knowledge of import and export rules and regulations.• Liaise regularly with TD Synnex BDM’s, AMs, and PM’s to ensure all customer requests/inquiries are routed to the correct resources.• Keep and perform an internal team according to global sales standards and quota.• Maintain a working knowledge of vendor global programs and products to ensure accurate pricing on quotes and successful delivery orders.• Work closely with TD SYNNEX purchasing to ensure successful order processing, quickly identify order issues, confirm order expedites, and obtain ETA’s in a timely fashion.• Work closely with internal and external logistics teams (i.e. warehouse and carriers) to obtain accurate shipping costs and service level for quotes, and ensure timely and successful delivery on orders. • Work closely with TD SYNNEX customer services for order returns and RMA’s while ensuring customers receive the correct item alternative or account credits where applicable.• Handle inquiries regarding invoice discrepancies, credits, and collections from internal and external customers.• Train new and existing team members on internal software, processes and global offerings• Meet with internal teams to identify information gaps in GDS processes and procedures.• Work on special projects as assigned by management. -
