(2) Raise initiatives that seek to improve the company's operational working capital, coordinating the different businesses for the selection, implementation and monitoring of specific opportunities for each one.• Support to Fundación CMPC in analysis for the HIPPY project, an international initiative that seeks to support low-income parents in the education of their children, complementing the learning received at school.

• I lead a team dedicated to the management of information systems, coordinating the technological needs of the subsidiary with the corporate IT team. This included managing the correct development and implementation of the portfolio of systems projects, which had a budget of US$ 4.5 million, with a focus on the efficient use of SAP as a central tool for information management.• I lead a team dedicated to the elaboration and follow-up of KPIs, whose purpose was to align the incentives of the employees to the company's strategy. At the same time, work was done on the development of Dashboards that allow managers to use up-to-date information for decision-making and better business management.
