• General Inventory Management and Cyclic Counts• KPI inventory reliability and discrepancy analysis• Define and execute preventive / corrective actions for inventory reliability• Management and maintenance of the technical data of the information systems.• Lead and manage the continuous improvement team in order to maximize the level of service, minimizing costs, inventory levels and the acceleration of physical flows from suppliers to customers.• Implementation of all Valeo's supply chain standards, guidelines, work methods, methodologies and tools.

• Manage inventory levels of raw materials and components for series production.• Ensure the availability of raw materials and components to meet the full customer demand.• Identify blocking points and plan quick actions to solve them.

I performed a training period at the department of Logistics of Heineken Spain, as deputy director of logistics. During this training period I was involved in all logistic processes of the company. As a result of these practices, there arose a research project, which we proposed the use of discrete event simulation with SIMIO® (a software also used by Ford Motor Company, in its plant in Valencia, for several applications in the supply chain). I also used a software focused on (Lean Value Stream Mapping Tool) toidentifying activities that do not add value so that they can be identified and removed, such as unnecessary movement, inventories, SMED quick change tools, etc.
