I assist customers in furnishing their home indoors and outdoors, from sofas, bedroom groups, and even Televisions. Provide customers a one stop solution when it comes to Home Furnishings and fine Television equipment.

As an Administrative Coordinator I would assist Customer Service Representatives with customers issues they may have had on their order and needed escalated to leadership. My primary responsibilities had to deal with custom orders as well as coordinating refunds to customers with our Returns department. Leadership role where I reported to the department Manager regarding my assigned representatives and any occurrences out of the ordinary. I monitored inbound calls for Quality purposes within my assigned team of representatives to assure we are upholding procedures and world class service.

Worked as apart of the decking crew on the 7S Denverhaus Luxury apartments building with MDA Construction. As a crew we erected structural steel walls and laid galvanized steel decking to erect the building. Used various Heavy to Light duty construction equipment to accomplish assignments. Machinery including Impact, Driver, hammer drills, and various types of saws.

Worked on the sales floor at Sprint by Wireless Lifestyles Towne East Location. Welcomed customers and listened to their wireless needs to fulfill them using our technological and wireless solutions. Got an opportunity to work with customer's and improve my customer service skills using both English and Spanish to accomplish sales goals. Made great customer and networking connections with my time here. Used various retail and wireless troubleshooting equipment to accomplish daily duties associated with the position.
