I had to assure that policies were adhere to at the same time that we offer an efficient procurement process. As credit advisor I was member of the Senior Credit Committee (7 members) which approve commercial and institutional loans within limits assigned by the Board of Director. I effectively discussed each credit that was presented to me for approval with analysts, business manager up to their business vice-presidents if required. I made observation that quite often were accepted by other member of the committee. I was responsible for organizing and delivering credit analysis courses to new employees.
