Program Management (50%)Oversee FI programs and model best practices with program facilitation and delivery. Programs on postsecondary access and alumni support; youth enrichment and leadership development; work-based learning and career connections; and, environmental community youth development.Oversee development and implementation of strategy for fine tuning and codifying program model.Co-lead efforts with SLT, Managers, Board of Directors to expand program offerings to new community partners.Strengthen and build out internal program evaluation, measurement process, systems and plans.Facilitate and develop strategies to engage young people, community members, schools and partners in programs. Provide hands-on supervision and coaching for staff.Management and Administration Responsibilities (25%)Build out program evaluation dashboard, KPI’s and ensure successful adoption of Enroll database.Manage, improve, and maintain effective internal operational systems for all of FI’s programs.Work with SLT to develop and drive culture, policies and procedures related to organizational health, efficiencies and well-being.Annual organizational budgeting planning in collaboration with SLT, and working with Program Managers (PM) to develop and manage their team budgets.Implement special projects to increase program and organizational capacity.External Relations and Fundraising Responsibilities (25%)Foster relationships with foundation, corporate and government partners, serving as a key ambassador and fundraiser for the organization, in partnership with ED and Development Present programmatic elements of FI to prospective funders, supporters and help build/foster relationships with key partners and stakeholders;Contribute to proposals, concept papers, and documents related to the efficacy of our model, evaluation, and expansion;And, collaborate with the DOE and other external partners to harness resources for FI and the larger student and alumni communities.

• Cultivate and direct external partnerships development locally and nationally. • Direct earned revenue opportunities, including ongoing relationship management, partnership proposals/work of scope, contract and invoice processing. • Amidst organizational shifts, develop and lead growth strategies, drive earned revenue and brand building development, including: conference presentation/exhibitor opportunities, e-communication, building strategic partnerships with national and community-based organizations. • Finalize a refined vision of program products amidst organizational changes.• Collaborate with Development/Marketing to manage external communications and restructure website and collateral in support of external relations.• Collaborate with the Education department to ensure effective program implementation and elevate stakeholder and community needs.
