Responsible for all forging and machining connecting rod operations for the Metaldyne Sintered Group including following plants -North Vernon , Indiana , USA -Warren , Michigan ; USA -Ramos , Coahulial , Mexico -Indaiatuba , SP , Brazil - Valencia , Spain - Suzhou , China

Plant Manager Oversee and support daily operations and business plan attaiment for the factory from engineering , production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed. Lead and Promote a culture of safety as enveryone's number one responsability and priority in the plant with ultimate goal of " 0 accidents " Develop and promote systems and processes that will maximize quality ,productivity and cost efficiency with strong focus on team-work , continuous improvement , lean manufacturing as foundation for the plant culture of passion for manufacturing and commitment to excelence

Coordinate and Execute the plan for Construction , Instalation , validation and Launching of new plant for Mascotech Corp Sintered Group in Ramos Mexico as part of the International Expansion of the Company to support automotive business in Mexico , being this the second plant of the Division out of USA .

Manufacturing Engineering position with responsability for the plant Controls Engineering ( responsible for Automation and Robotics) , Instalation and Maintenance Instalation leader for the first two Automotive connecting rod sintered manufacturing lines in Europe for Mascotech Sintered Components
