Responsible for sales on Saltillo-Monterrey area where lot of automotive industry is installed, OEMS, Tier 1 & Tier 2 suppliers.Manage launching programs for different customers, including machine/equipment requirements, proposals revision, capacity analysis, time studies, training programs, continuous improvement programs, service support.Manufacturing processes covered: machining of Aluminum & Gray Cast iron castings, Shafts, Gears (Cylindrical & Bevel), almost any chip-removal process: Face-Centering, Turning, Gear Cutting, Cylindrical Grinding, Gear Finishing processes, Milling, Drilling, Tapping, etc.We work with: CHIRON (machining centers, high production for machining of aluminum die castings components) , GLEASON (gear processes), JUNKER (cylindrical grinders) , PROCECO (washer machines), SPINNER (lathes), among others.

Started as a Quality Inspector in a Main Shafts line, then as a Production Supervisor on a turning blanks line but from there most of the time spent on diverse machining of castings, both Aluminum & Gray Cast Iron where I've got most of my manufacturing knowledge.The I've got the opportunity to move to Manufacturing Engineering for several years, I was part of team in charge to move 2 aluminum-housings manufacturing lines from BorgWarner Muncie to Tremec, a very challenging task that we were able to accomplish it on time including a brand new line. Since early 1992 I've had a good relationship with both Chiron America and Maquitec, their dealer in México, early 1999 I decided go into machine sales as part of Maquitec team.

To coordinate communication & material between offices and the shop floor, to verify the adds include information & conditions requested by customer, to verify the printed edition includes all adds according to schedule.
